General
This product is suitable for all pets, including cats, dogs and small animals, which can be used safely.
The patterns are made of traditional and eco-friendly terracotta clay, hand-painted with safe and non-toxic pigments; the outer shell is made of genuine cowhide, hand-stitched with exquisite craftsmanship.
Each Tsa-Tsa is 100% handcrafted and hand-painted. Minor differences in color, lines and texture are normal for handcrafted products, which also make each piece unique and special.
Our Tsa-Tsas are handcrafted cultural and blessing products based on the concept of cultural blessing, carrying beautiful wishes for peace, health and harmony. They are cultural guardian accessories, not intended for medical or metaphysical use.
The founder of our brand is a devout Buddhist. If you have needs, we can perform a simple blessing ceremony for your product.
For small dogs and cats, you can hang the Tsa-Tsa on their collars; for medium and large pets, it can be attached to their travel bags. It can also be placed at home as an auspicious ornament for your pet, or stored in a special box.
Customization services are not available for the time being, but the relevant business is already in the planning stage. You can subscribe to our brand updates, and we will notify you as soon as the service is launched.
- Wipe the tsa-tsa body with a dry, soft cloth for daily dusting; clean the outer shell with a dry or slightly damp cloth (do not wash with water or apply heavy pressure).
- For light stains on the leather case, use a mild leather cleaner, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and air dry naturally.
- Keep away from water, oil, sharp objects and direct sunlight to prevent scratches, damage or fading.
- Avoid long-term contact with sweat, pet secretions; do not use alcohol, bleach or other harsh chemicals for cleaning.
- Store in a cool, dry place at all times whether in use or not.
Return & Exchange
For regular orders, you can start a refund or exchange application within 10 days of receiving your product. For orders shipped to the EU, you have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return the order for no reason after receipt. We’re unable to provide refund or exchange services once this time limit has passed.
Your item needs to be unworn and unused, kept in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging - regular wear and tear isn’t eligible for a refund or exchange. You’ll also need to provide valid proof of purchase, your order number, and product photos for the application. Additionally, free items from special offers can’t be returned or exchanged, and items that have been successfully exchanged won’t qualify for a subsequent refund.
First, email our customer service team at inquiry@anniepettsatsa.com with your proof of purchase, order number, product photos, and the specific reason for your refund or exchange - we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days. After your application is approved, please ship the item to the designated return address we’ll send via email (not the address on the original package) within 3 working days, and share the shipping tracking information with us via the same email for our records. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you to let you know if the application is approved or rejected, and process the refund or exchange accordingly.
Generally, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer, and this cost is non-refundable - if you receive a refund, the self-paid return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The shipping and additional service charges of the original order are non-refundable in all cases. We’ll cover the return shipping and related costs if the need for a refund or exchange is caused by our errors, such as shipping damage to the product, incorrect item delivery, defective products, or failed delivery due to our wrong logistics information.
Once your refund application is approved, we’ll process the refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund to your account, which is outside of our control. If you haven’t received your refund more than 10 business days after approval, feel free to contact our customer service for confirmation.
We recommend first double-checking your bank or payment account balance. Then, reach out to your credit card company or bank to confirm their refund processing timeline, as financial institutions typically have their own internal cycles for this. If you still haven’t received the refund after completing these checks, please contact our customer service team at inquiry@anniepettsatsa.com and we’ll assist you further.
Shipping
For international orders, standard shipping is a fixed fee of US$8 per order. You can enjoy complimentary international shipping on all orders with a total amount over US$100, and we’ll also launch additional free shipping promotions during sale seasons. All product prices listed on our official website include all applicable taxes, tariffs and other related fees.
The total delivery time consists of a 3-business-day order processing period plus the standard shipping time, and all timeframes are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) with a 1-2 business day margin of error allowed. For most areas of the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, as well as most parts of Europe and Asia, shipping takes 10-12 business days; for all other countries and regions, shipping takes 12-15 business days or longer. Please note that shipping and delivery delays may occur in November and December due to parcel volume surges, and in January and February due to courier service suspensions for holidays.
You can only make changes to your shipping address or contact information by getting in touch with our customer service team before your order is shipped (during the processing period). Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to redirect or alter the parcel’s shipping address.
Every order is assigned a unique tracking number for logistics monitoring. After your order is shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and all relevant logistics details. You can check the real-time shipment status by clicking the TRACK MY ORDER button on our website and entering the provided tracking number.
