• If delivery is not available to your country/region in full, we will cancel your order and process a full refund for you.
• If delivery is unavailable due to your address being a remote area, we will either suggest a replaceable deliverable address or cancel your order and process a full refund upon confirmation.

3. Order Processing & Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is calculated as Order Processing Time + Shipping Time, and all timeframes are based on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Unforeseeable events may cause occasional delivery delays, and a 1-2 business day error margin is allowed due to variations in express delivery service quality.
3.1 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3 business days of order placement. Delays may occur during holiday periods (see Section 3.3 for details).
3.2 Standard Shipping Time
General international shipping time is 10-15 business days, with regional distinctions as follows:
• 10-12 business days: Most areas of the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, most parts of Europe and most parts of Asia.
• 12-15 business days or longer: All other countries/regions not listed above.
3.3 Holiday & Seasonal Delays
Expect shipping and delivery delays during the following periods due to courier service disruptions and parcel surges:
• November & December: The couriers in the destination country/region experience a significant surge in parcel volumes.
• January & February: Local shipping courier offices may suspend services due to the Chinese New Year and Losar holiday.
3.4 Uncontrollable Factors Affecting Shipping Time
Shipping time may be delayed due to the following factors, which are beyond our control:
1. Destination country/region and its local logistics infrastructure.
2. Remote area restrictions (longer shipping time or non-delivery).
3. Customs clearance efficiency and local courier service speed in the destination.
4. Unforeseeable events (e.g., international political unrest, transportation accidents, natural disasters).
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
• Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact information when placing an order.
• If you need to modify your shipping address or contact details, please contact our customer service during the order processing period (before shipment).
• We are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address of a parcel once the order has been processed and shipped.
5. Order Tracking
• All orders are shipped with a unique tracking number for logistics monitoring.
• Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and relevant logistics details.
• You can check the real-time shipment status by clicking the TRACK MY ORDER button on our website with the tracking number provided.
6. Logistics Information Update Delays
For international logistics shipments, logistics providers may occasionally experience delays in updating shipping and tracking information on their systems. If your parcel shows as shipped but the tracking information is not updated, no further action is needed—please wait a few business days for the system to sync the latest logistics details.
7. Non-Delivery Inquiries
If you have not received your parcel 20 business days after the shipment confirmation (excluding the aforementioned holiday delays and error margin), please contact our customer service team for further assistance (see Section 9 for contact details).
8. Compensation for Logistics Delays
If your order is delivered significantly later than the expected timeframe due to logistics service issues, we may provide official website discount codes or gift cards to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
