These Terms are a legal agreement between you (the User) and us regarding the use of Annie Pet Tsa-Tsa products and related services. By accessing our website, submitting an order, or using any service, you fully accept these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

We provide services to users in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and other countries and regions around the world, and strictly comply with applicable local laws and regulations to ensure compliant and fair services.

1. Service and Product Description

1.1 We provide sales, delivery and after-sales consulting services for Pet Tsa-tsa products, and make every effort to ensure service stability. For service interruptions caused by technology, network or force majeure, we will repair and notify users in a timely manner.

1.2 Products are hand-made, and the actual appearance may have slight differences from the display pictures, which are not considered quality problems; the protective meaning of the products is only a cultural symbol, and no medical or spiritual effects are promised.

2. User Obligations

2.1 You must reach the legal adult age in your region and have full capacity for civil conduct; minors must use the service under the supervision of a guardian.

2.2 You must provide true and accurate information when submitting an order, properly keep your account, not use the service for illegal or irregular activities, and respect our intellectual property rights.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Submitting an order by you constitutes a purchase offer. After we review and confirm the payment, the order takes effect; if the order information is incorrect, out of stock or payment fails, we will contact you in a timely manner.

3.2 You must complete the payment according to the order amount. The order amount already includes customs duties and other relevant fees required for cross-border orders, and you do not need to bear any additional taxes.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver to most countries and regions around the world (remote areas may be restricted). The order processing time is 3 business days, and the standard shipping time is 10-15 business days (10-12 business days for major regions such as the US, UK, and Australia, and 12-15 business days for other regions); delays may occur during holidays, and we are not liable for delays. Free international shipping is available for all orders over US$100, and the fixed fee for standard international shipping is US$8 per order.

4.2 You must ensure that the submitted shipping address and contact information are accurate; the address cannot be modified after the order is shipped. The product is deemed delivered after being signed for. For damage or loss during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after signing and provide relevant evidence, and we will assist in handling it. If you have not received the product after more than 20 business days, you can contact us for consultation.

5. After-sales Policy

5.1 Regular orders can apply for return or exchange within 10 business days after receipt, and orders shipped to the EU can be returned or exchanged without reason within 14 days after receipt; for returns or exchanges due to product quality issues (such as shipping damage, wrong delivery, defects), we will bear the round-trip shipping cost; for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the product must be kept brand-new, unused and in original packaging, and the shipping cost shall be borne by you. Free items obtained from special offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Disclaimer and Others

6.1 We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or improper operation by the user.

6.2 We have the right to adjust these Terms according to business or legal requirements, and major changes will be announced in advance.
