Return & Exchange
For most orders, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to return your order without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
Final Sale items and complimentary promotional gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the return is due to our mistake (such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
